Who we are
When we first started out, we didn’t deal with allergen free products. After having multiple customers ask, we decided to switch over. That was when we started doing more research on the different allergens, specifically gluten free.
Finding out how much product individuals couldn’t indulge in because of having celiac was something that we wanted to work on. Having celiac and being vegan was just one other combination of allergies that we sought out to incorporate into our baked goods.
Ultimately, we want to provide product that everyone can enjoy. Those who don’t have allergies and those that do. We want to create delicacies for everyone at a dinner party, Thanksgiving, and more.
